Who to contact
Royal Discovery Holidays uses the contact and travel information you submit to respond to your enquiry. Contact info@royaldh.co for privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests.
Information we collect
The query form asks for name, email, phone number, service and destination. You may also provide dates, group size, departure city, budget and practical preferences. Nationality and residence fields are shown only for visa assistance enquiries. Do not submit passport numbers, payment details or sensitive documents.
How we use your enquiry
We use your details to understand your request, prepare a response and discuss possible arrangements. Enquiries are stored in a restricted team inbox, so an email notification failure does not remove the saved request. Form permission relates to responding to your enquiry; it is not a subscription to marketing.
Service providers and sharing
Hosting and protected staff access are provided through Sites and Cloudflare. Google handles enquiry email notifications. If you choose to send a prepared WhatsApp message, WhatsApp processes that message under its own policies. Information needed for a proposed arrangement may be shared with the relevant travel supplier after the scope is discussed with you.
International processing
Website, email and travel suppliers may process information in countries outside your location, including outside the UAE. The services and destination involved determine where processing occurs. Contact us for questions about your particular enquiry.
How long information is kept
Enquiry information is kept while needed to handle the request, related arrangements, support and applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can request deletion or ask which retention considerations apply to your case. An automatic deletion schedule has not been established for this website.
Your choices and requests
Email info@royaldh.co with your enquiry reference if available to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw permission for further enquiry contact. We may need to verify your identity through an appropriate channel and explain any information that must be retained.
Security and browser data
Access to saved enquiries is restricted to the authorized owner account. No system can guarantee absolute security. Read our cookie information for local shortlist storage, necessary sign-in services and external images and fonts.
